NOTICE: ACP ENROLLMENT IS SUSPENDED EFFECTIVE 2/8/2024 PER FCC ORDER
At this time the ACP Commission has announced the ACP Benefit Program's initial funding is projected to run out in the near future.
April 2024 is expected to be the last fully funded benefit month per the Bureau.
Should Congress not appropriate additional money to fund the program, the existing funds will be exhausted and the Commission will have to end the program.
Enrolled households will no longer receive the ACP discount after the end of the program.
It should be noted that additional funding for the ACP program has bipartisan support in Congress and the program is likely to be granted additional funding.
Regardless, we are required by the commission to notify you of the potential end of the program..
You can review the ACP Commission's announcement in its entirety on the
FCC's website annoucement.
